I had chicken curry from the ee express book, it was nice but much too liquidy more like soup. Would be lovely for lunch. Will put more chicken in if I do it again and cut down on the stock

It's from the Italian recipe book but with the posh syned ham being with P? I always forget. Well I wasn't buying that and had ham to use rolled in foil and left in the fridge.
