An old favourite for tea tonight. Pasta with Quorn meatballs and veggies in a spicy tomato sauce, topped with cheese. Something nice and filling before I head off to the footy!

We're having the Chicken Katsu Curry from the SW website, we seem to have fallen into having this every Wednesday night I don't use breadcrumbs though, I blitz some cornflakes for the coating - bit more like the real thing then

I'm having pork steak, sweet potatoes wedges and roast mediterranean vegetables.

I have some tomato sauce left over from dinner last night, so might add some spices and have that too to up the superfree.
