I am having chicken stir fry tonight as well. I usually use soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. It's 1 1/2 syns per tablespoon I think. Hopefully someone can double check for me.

I just add garlic, ginger and soy sauce to my stir fry veg, oh and a shake of chinese 5 spice and it's all free and tastes amazing.

Oh I'll have to get some smash next time I do a shop. I take it you just coat the meat lightly in it? I'll try it without any coating tonight.

Its better if you mix it in with the meat. It helps bind everything together :)

Last night I made Fish Pie and made up my own recipe!

Add a knorr fish stock pot, 100ml boiling water and 150g philadelphia light (HEXa) to a saucepan and stir and simmer until the philadelphia has melted. Add 2 haddock fillets and 1 salmon fillet and simmer for 5 mins. Break up the fish into 2 pie dishes and pour over the sauce and add a handful of peas and some king prawns. Top with Tesco Maris Piper mash (2 syns) and bake for 20 mins. Yum!

I'm having breakfast for dinner tonight: 2 Sainsbury BGTY sausages (2 syns), mushrooms, baked beans, poached egg and tomatoes. Quite looking forward to it really!

Think I will be trying this too. Much easier than a lot of other fish pie recipes I've seen :)
