Having pork stir fry tonight. Not sure what sauce to have although thinking i might just stick some soy sauce and spices in a pan and hope for the best!

Does anyone have any tried and tested stir fry sauce recipes?

Put a small head of cauliflower in a pan with 3 vegetable oxo's and curry powder to taste. Fill the pan half with water. Boil all together until cauliflower is very soft then blend all together. Meanwhile while the cauli is cooking fry onions and quorn pieces in a frying pan with fry light then add to curry sauce. x

I've butterflied some chicken breasts and made up a marinade from tom puree,garlic,chilli,mixed herbs and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Will grill them and serve with mini corn cobs,grilled halloumi and roasted veggies..roll on teatime
