I eat between 5.30-6.30 in the evening when the bf gets home from work, but I usually do have a snack at about 8pm after my Leslie walk x

Well,after missing breakfast cos I slept in,then leaving my lunch as it was just too warm at work,I've finally had my first meal of the day. Cheese and onion on toast with sw wedges and sweet chilli ketchup. Not a great day I know but I just couldn't eat.

Tonight I had a Chicken and Prawn Dopiaza with cauliflower rice and a raita sauce. I was going to make a side salad but had a huge tea so didn't need it.
