Whats for tea tonight?

Tonight I'm making the gammon, rosti and egg stack from the latest magazine. And I'm really looking forward to it!!
 
It was really nice and so easy to make.
It's just prawns, onions and mushrooms fried in a pan with garlic and fry light with a small bit of Tom purée and half a tin of toms! Then add the pasta!

How was your gammon rosti stack?

Very nice! The rosti took much longer than the magazine stated though, naughty! I like mine to go golden and crispy, so I left it in for about double the time. Will definitely make again :)

I tend to find that with most SW mag recipes to be honest, they always take longer than they say..especially the sauce-y ones.

I might put that on my list then. :D
