That Panna cotta looks great ! Do you have the recipe please!!

So tasty and easy to make.
Serves 2
200mls skimmed milk
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon sweetener
3 sheets of leaf gelatine
Raspberries plus extra to decorate (I didn't)

Place the raspberries in the panna cotta mould/ramekin
Heat the milk, sweetener and cocoa powder in a pan until boiling.
Add the gelatine and leave to cool
Pour into the moulds and place in the fridge for 8 hours.
Once set dip in hot water and then tip onto a serving plate.
My mixture made 3 panna cottas so 2 syns each.

Mushroom risotto. Yum!

Fish, chips and mushy peas, all SW friendly of course.

Last night was fillet steak, garlic mushrooms, chunky chips and runner beans- all free and super tasty!
