Not for tea tonight, but making a tomato sauce to have with Quorn 'meatballs' and spaghetti on Tuesday and marinading chicken pieces for stir fry Chinese chicken with noodles tomorrow. I am determined to plan ahead and prepare so that I don't fall off the wagon again as I did this week.
