What's for tea?

Slow cooked pork medallions in peppercorn sauce rice for me new pots for the other half this is an experiment i don't think i like pork but will give it go so i have never cooked it. 450 cals x
 
Rosemary and Red Onion vegetarian sausages (x3), carrot, swede and parsnip mash, courgettes and peas with onion gravy :) - not sure how many calories as I haven't counted them yet
 
Going to be a fruit salad as I'm fasting today, 158 calories
 
Baguette with hot chicken in chicken gravy messy but yummy 600 cals at least i stick to tea calories rest of the day has been a write off!
 
Seared chicken noodle salad - 257cals :)
 
Quorn fillet served with roasted sweet potato, peppers, mushrooms, red onion, green beans and thai sweet chilli sauce - 258cals :)

Egg and potato salad - all in it was 700 cals but I added some mayo and caesar dressing - was an absolutely massive plateful so feel stuffed now!!
 
Quorn pizza "chicken" fillets served with spicy sweet potato wedges and green beans.
