I would recomend you buy the new range rather than the value paks if you are going to do it

At the moment Im having per day 2 shakes, 1 bar,1 meal and 200g of allowed vegetables

I think it amounts to about 600 cals per day the way im doing it

You could expect to lose around 8lb the first week and then 3 to 4 lb per week after that although everyone is different of course
