Im going to try be good, but i might get tempted by yorkshire n stuffing but i do love puddings but i will do my best to be good n stay within syns. x

Taking youngest and his friend for a wee scooter ride, as his mummy is in the final year of training to be a nurse and has an 8000 word essay to hand in on Monday! :/ hubby will no doubt be swearing at the tv as the rugby is on, so as much as its cold, it's dry and it'll knacker them out a bit too. Tesco first though once were ready but am about to do last day of wk 5 insanity!!! Then breakfast and shower.

Really thought it was FRIDAY this morning ohh well it soon will be ;-)
Got some measurements done in the gym I was shocked I have the metabolical rate of a 12 year old which the consultant said is perfect CONFUSED she also said whatever I'm doing carry on all my levels eg hydration body fat was perfect I'm happy with that ;-)
Just about to do some cleaning and ironing it won't do it's self now will it :-/
Just had a lovely dinner BBQ chicken Singapore noodles with mixed pepper stirfry was delish

Right just been feeling like I wanted to raid the choc stash so I have done myself a pic I'm not that far off looking toned so doing this pic made me think do I want a nice bod or tonnes of choc
I have gone from wanting to eat everything to thinking no ill just have a hot choc instead

Thankyou MRS just had a word with myself I'm going to keep trying I've felt like I was going to cave in every night this week but haven't gave in if I'm peckish I've got nice blueberries I could have later on ;-) I might put them in the freezer and they will taste like sweets haha !!

I don't know whats been up with me this week even tho I'm satisfied after my tea I've just wanted to eat crap but proud I haven't I'm saving myself for a nice meal with hubby and enjoy a pud instead of the whole biscuit tin haha thanks for the lovely comment Hun ;-)
