What's your cut off time?

Before dieting I used to eat at 5.30pm but found I was hungry again before bed and turned to snacks. Where as now I eat a little later (but no later than 6.30pm) and then try really hard not to eat again after that (sometimes I brush my teeth to sort of seal the deal!). However if I am going to snack it super speed foods either fruit of mushy peas!!
