Mine is my beautiful son.

Who wouldnt be motivated with a gorgeous baby like that? :D:D:D Seeing him makes me think that I want to spend every moment I can in this world with him! The better my health the longer I have.

So tell me what your motivation is? What makes you face the shakes with a smile?

Awwww how cute. She is adorable!

My LO is nearing 9months and a handful. Got a cheeky smile and can get away with anything.

6 months? Precious!

The time goes sooo fast though.

ahhh babies!!!!!!!! so cute!!

as im 19 and have no children to motivate me , i think my motivation is past experiences. Theres a person who is no longer in my life by my choice and my motivation is her in the way that she didnt believe in me etc etc etc and now over the past three years i have done everything that she thought i couldnt, and this is the final thing on the list, kind of like prooving to her that i can.
underneath that all though its all for myself and for a better life! x

For me it is...
1. To be slim for getting married this year
2. To wear the tiny and expensive pair of rock and republic jeans that are hanging up in my wardrobe
3. To be fit and healthy so that I can enjoy an active long life
4. To feel proud of myself and not feel bad.
5. So I dont have "lose weight" at the top of my freaking goal list every year. (oh it used to be lose weight and stop smoking, so I finally nailed the smoking thing, now I just need to get slim and stay slim!) Then I feel like I will be able to focus on other things to move my life forward.

Mine is my daughter (she's 6 months as well)

But also to have a happier life, I want to look nice for myself and for my husband. Even when I got down to 14ish stone (which when you have been 20+ for most of your teenage and adult life you feel fab!) I was so happy I could go out to normal stores and buy clothes, I want to get back to that again and more. I'll be happy at around 12 stone.

I also want to ride my horse more in the summer (as I stopped after I was pregnant and havent ridden that much since due to weight  )

My motivations are:
1. To get my life back after a bad accident
2. Not to be the fat lawyer when I qualify
3. To keep on travelling without the extra weight (my luggage usually weighs enough!)
4. To look fab when I go home for Easter and meet all those begrudgers!!

Ps really cute kids :D

I want to be a healthy weight, so i can be with him for as long as nature will allow & before he realises mummy is not exactly the slimmest parent at collection time!?

My motivation is myself, I want to feel great about myself, and I want to like what I see in the mirror (not in a big ego way), and I'd like to have a love life tbh! lol

My motivation is
1. The Reunion I am organising for 19 March and seeing people for the first time in almost 20 yrs. Most of them know me fat !!

2. Myself! I want to be able to love and accept me for me and not make excuses about my weight.

3. My 10th Wedding Anniversary in November and we are renewing our wedding vows in Turkey with my husband's family...I want to be able to wear a lovely dress and not feel frumpy, fat or concious of my weight.

4. I want to live a long and happy life...no use living life and hating existing!

To like who/what I see in the mirror and to not to have to wear cover-ups on the beach ...to go swimming, to ride a horse, to not worry about how wide a chair is before I sit in it, etc, etc !
