4.5lbs to get 1 1/2st award and club 10 DONE 1/8
7lbs to get to 'overweight' and no longer 'obese' DONE 8/8
Lose two stone - DONE 29/8 :D

Get to 13 stone - 0.5lbs to go
Lose 2 1/2 stone - 3lbs to go
 
My next goal is 100 lbs. I have nine and a half to lose to get there. I have a seven stone award in between there, at 98 lbs, but it is the three figures i am really looking forward to!
 
Reached my goal of losing 1st today :D

So need another 1lb off to get into the 10st range. Another little goal is to get my 1st sticker in group and need 3.5lb off to get that. In 2 weeks Id like both those targets smashed.
 
My goal for next Thursday is to stay at the same weight. Am in London on holiday with girlfriend this week and some deviation has been evident. Luckily we have walked a lot so it might offset that. Fingers crossed.
