Great thanks! I sometimes make my own dressing with a little bit of oil, plenty of balsamic and some wholegrain mustard then just shake it in a tub, tastes great!

Must give this a go. Sounds great. I have balsamic vinegar in the cupboard ages and haven't been quite sure what to use it in!
