Twin mummy, you really should use your syns they're there to make this a NORMAL eating plan not a "diet". Choose something nice and ENJOY them!

I have a treat every day! No special weekend treats for me! Unless I decide to do a green day and have a "free" Fibre Plus bar as a second HExB! So I have all my syns and some extra choc! LOL

And me! Sat nite was a lush chicken dhansak with 3 gin and slims. All coming in at 14 syns, so totally on-plan.
