do you exercise. i try to exercise before work, which means that i am up at 5.50 to do a Davina DVD work out that lasts around 1hr.

I go to the local JJB gym normall, early morning. I have some exercise DVDs, and some yoga DVDs, but find it hard to get motivated to exercise at home. I'm off the gym at the moment as I've had surgery a couple weeks back, but am missing it!

I go to the gym after work so that means I don't get home till gone 7pm.

I hit the gym in the mroning, so I don't think and dread about it for hours. it also starts my day off with a ncie sense of accomplishment.

i used to love going before work, but have changed jobs and now it is after work on the days i finish at 3.30pm, i get changed in work and go straight there.

I go to the gym as soon as I step off the bus from work (around 4.30pm).

I find that if I don't take my gym bag with me to work and go home first - it's more difficult to get out to the gym again!

The sofa is too attractive!!
