When can I eat bars?

    Hi just a quickie!!
    I am in my first week on CD and want to know when I can introduce snack bars
    Also which ones are the tastiest. I cant wait to get my teeth into them. Only a week on CD and I think I have forgotten how to eat!!!

    You can have bars on week 3,.
    my fav is the choco orange and the Malt toffee

    Oh!! chocolate! chocolate! chocolate!! hmmmm

    I thought i'd love peanut but the peanuts are ground into dust covered in chocolate so it ain't crunchy nutty... :(

    Hi, I've heard if you get them really cold and slice them thinly it's like eating chocolates and they last longer. I'm staying clear of bars and mix a moose till I'm really bored of soup and shakes that way there will be something to look forward to xx

    My favourites are Choc orange, Malt toffee and Chocolate. They are all really nice though, there isn't one I don't like.

    I love the Chocolate orange, I save them for if I'm going out for the day or for the night after WI.
