when does star week start?

Just wondered when people class their star week. I get very bad PMT and get sore boobs and bloated for the 10 days before my period starts. As soon as it starts I feel better.

What I mean is my pre star week is my wt gain week and shall I call this my star week for my consultant ( even though my period hasn't even started) ??

I think it differs for us all. Once you've been doing SW and weighing in regularly, you'll notice a pattern and that should help you recognise whether you bloat up before you come on, or once you're actually on.

For me, it's a few days before, but also if I'm actually on...
