When moving up the plans...

... can you skip SS+ and go straight onto 810 or is SS+ also a step up to maintainence?

Also is it when you hit BMI 25 that you move up or do you have to do that before you hit that milestone? At my WI on Mon I was 10.12 but when I weighed this morning I was 10.8(!!) and as 10st is where I get to BMI 25 I'm hoping it'll only take another 2/3 weeks to get there.

Hmm... im not totally sure but i dont think you have to follow the plans religiously in order, you will still lose weight on one of the higher plans.
In relation to the BMI issue, i think once you hit 25, you have to go on a higher plan. This is my understanding but if im wrong, im sure someone will tell you correctly and me off!

I think you can go to 810 right away. People do in Add A Meal weeks too so that should be fine. Other steps should be taken though but think you know that! :)

I had this discussion with my CDC last night and she said you move up the plans when you are 1 stone away from target (should be in a couple of weeks for me), she said that your move to 810 for 2 weeks then up each plan for 2 weeks at a time until you get to 1500 then you should be at target. You then have to work out how many calories your body can tolerate without gaining or losing weight. The reason your go up each plan for 2 weeks at a time is to boost your metabolism (sp) as it slows down when your on SS or SS+.
