    Hello
Haven't been on here for a while, well since my hols at the beginning of November!! Since then I have put 11lbs on :-(
Anyway I have hugely over indulged over xmas and want to go back on the tablets asap
But do I just start taking them from tomorrow and be good or shall I be good for a few days and then restart on the tablets to get rid of all the fatty stuff I have been eating??

Thanks so much for your help

I would be good, and then re-start. That sounds like the more effective option. :)

Yep, if things have been really bad food wise, then draw the line now, start eating healthily first for a couple of days, then restart the tabs :)
