When to weigh?

    Eh... hi there, i'm looking for a bit of advice on a mildly embarrassing question :sigh:

    I'm finished attack this evening :) and haven't weighed during the three days of it. I'd like to weigh tomorrow but unfortunately I've had a lot of "transit" issues and am NOT feelin much lighter...

    I am however feeling great in all other aspects with regard to energy and I haven't been hungry at all!

    So I'm wondering if anyone has had this experience maybe? And then seen a sudden drop soon after starting cruise when things will hopefully get back to "normal"!?

    I have similar issues, common problem on Dukan - but have still lost! Rhubarb works a treat and drinking loads of water/walking.
    Eventually your issues will settle once your body has adjusted to Dukan :)

    Low carb
    Add in some wheatbran now that you're on cruise, that helps. Also strong black coffee is great. Can second the rhubarb too!

    I weighed in twice a week (both after PP days) but now just once a month (am on phase IV).

    Thanks people! I'll get rhubarb and try the wheatbran over the weekend. Gonna weigh in on Tuesday (one week from start date) so I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks agian for the advice :)
