so, i've started doing exante.. but i am finding it basically impossible to get through each day with just the shake, bar and soup
obviously i have a problem with food or i would not be on the diet in the first place haha.. but i don't know how ever i am going to adjust and stop thinking about food ALL the time.. i want to lose this weight (about 100lbs) SO badly..
but, for example, i just cooked for my son and ended up eating half a slice of toast and the little bit of omelette he left. the egg wont have brought me out of ketosis or anything but the bread definitely will, and i hate myself for doing it.
does it ever get easier??
