Which artificial sweetener?

I'v noticed that a lot of the slimming world recipes include artificial sweetener, which one is the best, or are they all the same?

A lot of people like splenda but that can be quite expensive if you don't get it when it is on offer. Asda (and I think other supermarkets) have recently brought out own brand versions that are sucralose based so they are worth a try. Sweetness and Light also gets good reviews.
