Which cottage cheese is syn free?

Hi,
I've found some posts on this but no recent ones and I know syn values can change so thought I'd better check. I know fat free cottage cheese has no syn value but are any of the flavoured ones from either asda or tesco syn free? Never really had cottage cheese and I fancy the flavoured ones more than the plain one, but if there aren't any free ones I'll have to try the plain one.
