Which "Solution" are you following?

As the title suggests, I was just curious to see which plan people were following...

Simple
Working
Total
Healthy

I start tomorrow and I have yet to decide which plan I am following. Need to do some thinking and planning this evening! :confused:
 
I'm starting tomorrow too x I'm going to do the total solution, going to take it 2 weeks at a time, i've a months supply so going to do 2 weeks see how I feel and take it from there...
 
Im doin total too. Been on it six weeks but played at it this last week so having a fresh start tomorrow. Plan to do total for 8 weeks, have one week working solution, then another 4 weeks total, one week working, and so on til target xx

kind of a mix between total and working solution i suppose.
 
I'm mixing total and working as I have been to hard on myself over the past few months and found I was lacking motivation with the total, so I very occasionally have a low carb under 400 cal meal. There are quite a few on the BBC good food website. Its going well and I have lost 5lb since restarting on Monday.

Which ever you choose good luck!!!
 
total is what i'm doing but have cheated a bit. going to be good this week!
