Hi I'm starting Lipo trim this week aslong as the doctor says ok. Do you have to drink normal plain water or can u drink flavoured water. I normally drink volvic sugar free strawberry water.
No flavoured waters are allowed hun. There is a short video on YouTube telling you all the things you can and can't have before you start. Good luck x x
