Which WW products are free on this plan??

Im new to the plan (as ive been doing sw) and hopefully starting next week from home. Ive got all the basic info of the plan but just wondered which WW product were free on the plan?

Hi,

Most of the ww breads, eg wraps, bagels, pitta but not naan bread. There's a couple of ww soups and ww meats. That's all I can think of at the moment.

You don't have to buy ww stuff though as there are loads of other cheaper brands aswell. Things like crumpets are 'free' and sugar free jelly. If you can get the ww shop book anything highlighted in green you can have. Hope this helps.
