What happens when you socialise (quite a bit)and suddenly it all stops, do people get crazings for a cold glass of wine??? How do you cope for 12 weeks when BBQ season is just around the corner (and bank holiday coming up) so far I have been great, not had the urge but I wonder if you suddenly think "Oh gosh, just one glass"

its food for me too :)

alcohol when ur in ketosis is very dangerous (sticky at the top) this should put u off :)

I'm with Miel, the alcohol is no prob to me at all. The food's another matter lol but most days i cope well, on the days i dont i just make myself very very busy! :D

I know what you mean! I can cope going without the food but i do like a cold white wine or long vodka. I have been opting to be the driver. I have indulged a few times recently and felt absolutely yuck the next day so i've had a good chat to myself and if i can get through the next couple of days i think thats me focussed again.

Oh gosh, didn't realise it was a danger, although from past experience with a glass or two of vino I think I can sing and tend to induldge in something naughty. That is great to know incase I think one wont hurt..
thanks again, really getting the hang of this now and surprisingly drinking lots of water.
