5/9/11 - Extra easy

B: 2 x chocolate weetabix (2) (HexB) with milk (HexA)

Sn: A banana

L: A mugshot, a bag of Quavers. (4) Americano & a dash of milk (1)

Sn: A pickled onion.

T: Chicken cacciatore (with extra olives and mushrooms) & a baked potato. Bag of toffee crunch fingers. (5)

Syn total: 12

Remaining syns until WI: 36! Does this mean I'm allowed 18 syns tomorrow & Wednesday?!? Hehe we shall but see!

Not eaten enough super free today, feeling a bit low still, and this rainy weather certainly isn't helping!x
 
6/9/11 - Extra easy

B: Chocolate weetabix with milk (HexA & HexB) (2)

Sn: Banana, bag of Quavers (4)

L: Jacket potato with beans & cheese (HexA) and a side salad.

Sn: 2 pieces of white toast (8) and butter (2) Oh dearrr! :-(

T: Pasta with leftover chicken cacciatore (HexB)

Sn: bacon fries (6)

Syns: 22 :O

Thank god it's WI tomorrow seeing as I've managed to consume the majority of my syns!

7/9/11 - Extra easy

B: Alpen bar x 2 (HexB), banana.

Sn: French fries (4) and an Americano with dash of milk. (1.0)

L: Jacket potato with baked beans and cheese (HexA) & side salad.

T: Half a pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut(!) (8273662 syns)

Thank God it's a new 'week' tomorrow but still v pleased with my loss. :-D
 
8/9/11 - Green

B: 2 chocolate weetabix with milk (2) (HexA) (HexB)

L: Banana and Quavers. (4)

T: Tomato & herb mugshot, box of melon and grapes. Oaty bars. (3.5)

T: Pasta with bacon (HexB) and mushrooms with HexA of parmesan.

Then... Massive binge.

Two pieces of pizza and 4 sausages!!! WTH. :( Tomorrow is a new day! Thankfully!
 
Really struggling at the moment, particularly since the fridge broke at the weekend - it's being fixed tomorrow and weigh in tomorrow eve so hopefully that will shock me back ok action tomorrow! :-( x
 
15/9/11 - Extra Easy

Sn: Americano with sweetener & a dash of milk. (1)

L: Tomato & herb Mugshot, a pot of melon and a bag of Quavers. (4)

Sn: An apple and 1/4 tin of Heinz spaghetti, 2 chip shop chips. (1)

T: Prawn, chilli and courgette sauce with linguine. Half a slice of garlic bread. (2.5)

Shape's delight yogurt and a Freddo. (5)

Total syns for the day: 15.5

Remaining syns until WI: 89.5 :)
 
16/9/11 - Extra Easy

B: 2 chocolate weetabix with s/s milk (HexA) (HexB) (2)

L: Nandos! 1/2 a chicken - skin removed, spicy rice and coleslaw. (7 syns?)

Sn: A banana

T: M&S lime, ginger and coriander chicken (0.5) with mediterranean vegetables (2.5 syns for balsamic dressing included) and a baked potato. 1/2 a punnet of strawberries.

Throughout the evening: A cup of tea (1.5) and 1.5 glasses of white wine (9)

Total daily syns: 22.5

Remaining syns until WI: 67
 
17/9/11 - Extra Easy

B: 2 weetabix with milk (HexA) (HexB) & 1 tsp of honey. (1)

Sn: A bag of Quavers. (4)

L: Chicken breast coated in Nando BBQ rub (1) with salad and 1 tbsp of EL mayo. (1) A cherry Shape yogurt.

T: Sirloin steak (visible fat removed) with SW wedges, tenderstem broccoli and honey roasted carrots. (1) for honey. A tbsp of steak sauce (2?) And a tbsp of EL mayo. (1)

(2) for a dash of white wine with diet lemonade.

To come: 1/2 a punnet of strawberries, and maybe a treat size Crunchie. (4)

Total daily syns: 15

Remaining syns until WI: 52

I'm fine thanks lovely - thanks for your concern!

Loads of uni work/not having an iPhone anymore has severely reduced my usage of Minimins. I managed to STS at WI this week which was quite pleased with seeing as I didn't WI last week - I'm gonna try & catch up properly at the week though. xxx
 
I'm really good thanks Taz, how're you?

I start a new uni placement on Monday with a district nursing team so I'm excited about that, and I think the Monday-Friday 8-5 routine will help me with SW.

Still following SW, just finding less time to update apart from on the weekends! :D x
