Hey everybody!!!!

Well done to all of you (you guys are doing great!!!).

I haven't been able to post my progress because I haven't been to weigh in in a while (for various reasons), however, I am still on this challenge. My next weigh in is on tuesday and I know i'll be able to go so I'll let you know how I got on (although I doubt I lost an ounce, I been really, really bad).

I'll try to hit the gym one of these days, but I'm so out of shape I don't think I'll last more than 3 min on the cross trainer.

I lost another pound yesterday. So 3 lb in total. Didn't think it would happen this week - had a sneaky weigh in at the start of the week & it looked like I'd put on 2lb. I was gutted since I've stuck to the plan since I started in Jan. But I think it was water retention. By Fri it had gone plus the extra lb. I'm going to try to stop weighing more than once a week- the early week blip disheartened me so much. But on another positive point- finally got into a size 16. I tried on jeans & trousers this morning. The jeans looked a bit tight so didn't buy them but I did get them on & did them up! I bought the trousers though because they looked & felt fine. Big achievement!! Didn't think I'd ever drop a dress size. :)

Well done to everyone on this thread- I find it really encouraging to read about everyone's success!

Thanks for the support guys, i cant say i have stuck to the plan esp on easter sunday and monday.....well actually i did stick to the plan i just didnt stick to the syns!
I done a red day yesterday and im going to do a red day for the next 3 days, god i feel sick saying it!

Have arrange to walk twice weekly with a SW friend so going to amend my exercise target slightly.

3lb off:D so 4.5 total not wi again till next wed so that will be april so i will weigh myself on monday and put down as my scales are same as class. not bad seing as it my * week x:D what about you ruthy ??

You are so good for updating everyones details.:) As my WI day is Tuesday I will weigh myself on Monday night - my scales are very close to the SW ones, no good if I did it Tueday morning as I would probably be 2lbs lighter than Tuesday nights WI.
