CONFESSION TIME

Confession time....I have been really really bad. My wi is on wednesday morning and I am dreading it...:whoopass:....I have had chinese twice this week (not a good chinese either) naughty kung po and chips and egg fried rice:busted:....Today I thought I would do a red day, been good even went on my rowing machine that was gathering dust :D... anything to shift a couple of lbs.Anyway I will let u all know how I go.

i'm up for this don't know if i am too late or not my weight loss for march so far is 3.5lb i would like to lose another 5 1/2 lb this month to get me to my 2 1/2 st award
