Who has a food diary that is mainly red days?

I was wondering if anybody out there that has a diary where you have mostly red days?
I need some food ideas for lunches and dinners but there are soooo many diaries and don't know what ones to look at to find red day ideas....could you link me up please:)

I'm back to EE at the moment but I was a red girl for months and Capricorn's diary (you'll find her link on the first page of my diary if you need) is both heavily red and incredibly inspiring (and has a bunch of recipies in it, too)

Agree with Ellebear! I absolutly love Red days.

I do mostly Red days and chuck one or two green days in for a bit of a change.

Well so far so good on the old Red Day ahaa, wish I chose better on my Heb1 choice though, ended up with 1 slice of WM bread doh, I do loooove bread ahaa, although I got to say, since starting SW I have very very rarely eaten bread as on EE my choice was mostly always 2weetabix...........

Thanks for the replies and I am going to look through all ya diaries ( I am a nosey moo like that) and jot down some ideas for breks, lunches and dinners!

I have gotta tell ya all though, as I think I am in Looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove...... I JUST MADE A SW QUICHE!!! Bloody hell it was lush lush lush... the best bits were the edges as they went crispy and they were salty from the bacon...omg, I had it about 20mins ago and I can still taste it, I am in Quichey Wichey Heaven...drool...going to make this on a regular, although I may keep it more simple next time to keep costs lower.

I made it with
6 eggs
300g cottage cheese
4 slices of lean bacon
red & yellow peppers
a little cheese grated on top (Hea)

an I thinly sliced a tomato and arranged on the top..

Me and the OH are arguing who is going to get the edge pieces of the left overs!

Now if this is all free on Red then I can certainly be happy, although maybe I am overdosing on eggs???

My diary is red and have actually only had one EE day since starting. Im not sure youll find much inspiration from mine because i generally have soup or salad for lunch but please take a look. It encourages me to behave when i know people are keeping an eye on me.

And I always make my quiche on a red day with bacon, 4 eggs, 300g cottage cheese, HEA low fat cheddar cheese (Cathedral City lighter), salt and pepper. Hubby likes it with onion but I dont, thats all I have mine with, lovely and quick and very filling. I am also a red girl with a few green thrown in. For me its red all the way!
