Who mentioned the low cal popcorn?

I remember someone saying recently something about some kind of popcorn and it's fairly low calories. I'm wondering if anyone knows what that was? I'm having a DVD night with my nieces next week and I'd like some popcorn if I can and I'd prefer lower calories! Maybe it's just doing your own and having it plain?

Yeah all popcorn is lo cal until you add the butter/syrup etc. etc.
