scuse the pun but ive found it to be [email protected] lol ..try dulcolax but be careful of the dose..one should solve the problem or alternatively just drink a lot more, that should in theory keep you regular ..everyone is different though and thats what i have found x

psyllium husk from a health food shop is ok too.................. if you dont mind drinking wall paper paste. It does work but it made me heave so maybe adding it to shakes is the answer with LT. Last time I tried it I had it simply with water, washed down with orange juice....

i've tried this, don't have massive problems going but thought i'd try it anyway. to be honest i don't think it really made much of a difference. but at least the pharmacist chucked it in free of charge so no financial loss to me!

Always found the senocot worked well for me. Taking two before bed usually means a good move!! for me next morning with little cramps. Have heard some stories of bad cramps with the ducolax but maby just be careful of dose.

Thanks for all your help. I have had a movement today and I will just see when it happens again and any trouble will look into the senokot and ducolax. I read somewhere that it also helped to stay fuller for longer?

Have found that the day after taking Senokot I have my 3nd shake an hour later in the day and don't feel as hungry however, movement is not first thing in the morning but normally 20 mins after arriving at work.
