How many syns do you think is in a normal portion that you would put in a cup of coffee. Was not alot,I put enough in just to make a cuppa. was made with water mainly. Just wanted a approx really. It says 1/2 syn per tablespoon but did not think of measuring it before i did it and i want to keep my healthy extra for my cheese when i do my dinner.

This one'll have to be up to you I'm afraid - maybe experiment with some milk when you get a chance and see how many tbsp you use.

Yeh your right, I might do a cuppa again in the morning and measure the amount i need and see from there. I cant see it being more than 3 syns to be honest, as it was only a couples of dashes.
