Wholegrain Krisprolls

I bought some wholegrain Krisprolls today and was wondering how many syns each one has and whether they are ok as a hexb? If so how many can you have?
Dying to try them as they look lovely. The perfect partner to those laughing cows!

Thankyou so much. They caught my eye in the supermarket and after looking at the ingredients etc I took a gamble that they would be ok. Glad it paid off! I will have some tomorrow. Hope they taste as nice as they look!

OMG these are sooo lovely!!! I had some for lunch today with laughing cow spread. I'd highly recommend them!
