So it's only been 1 week x granted a very hard week x but I got through it x I've lost 9 pounds and defo the first of many x I'm not going to fail x

Well done Louise on your first week's weight loss. Yes, the first week is a bit of a struggle, but you will find that it gets easier and the weight loss just spurs you on even more!
