has started again!!
I think I got a bit ahead of myself today. After doing the family grocery shop, I nipped into Matalan, just to see what their new look was, you understand! Well, I came out with two lovely long sleeve tshirts (size 22, tried on, bit snug) and some cropped blue denims, (also tried on, zip up, just able to breathe, could barely walk , let alone sit!).

Have decided am going to keep them all, after all the total cost was only £12.50 for all three and I fully intend to be wearing them on my way down, very soon!:scale::bliss:

Anyone do likewise, or do you wait till you reach the appropriate size?

Don't blame you for getting them Sez - I bought a t-shirt in a gorgeous aqua blue (not my usual colour - normally go for dark) for wearing to the gym today in a size 20 ... haven't dared even try it on. Bought 2 pairs of pants 1 in 22 that fit and 1 in 20 that dont' so that I know that I've slimmed into them. I've also got jeans that have never even had the tabs taken off them in 22, 20 and 18 that I bought in a sale in January when I knew I was going to do something re my weight ... at least that will cut down the costs a bit as I do go down the scale :)

Might have to go to Matalan and look at those cropped pants you got - I like crops as I'm only 5'1" and have trouble getting the right length.

just be careful about the cut of things. Although it sounds safe enough what you bought!

Its just that some things will never fit properly on a certain body shape regardless of what size you are.

I find I am better waiting as there are a few things I had that simply didn't fit ever lol!

But don't let me dampen your spirits, just put a little thought into what you buy and as you have already shown, don't spend too much! £12.50 sounds like a bargain!

You'll be wearing them in no time!

finding my way again !

yes, born n bred !!
good to have the clothes as an incentive, matalan are good for cheap clothes, although i have only just started to get into their sizes :)
Bhs sales. 18 Skirts that did up but my bottom is HUGE in. But that's how I felt about the skirt that I wore yesterday back in Feb and now look at me, wearing it every day and waiting for that to get too big too...

Dedication's what you need...<<trumpet backing>>

I'm sure you'll soon be wearing your smaller clothes ... and then they'll be tooooo big!! Well done and keep on with it.
