and me. how come i was 7lb heavier in the morning than i was the night before? bizarre!

note to self, stay off the scales!!!
Been reading the 2010 version of Atkins "New Atkins new you" (or similar) they say about not weighing yourself everyday, but if you have to, do it for a week add it all together and take the average (mean) It then gives you a better Idea of your actual weight.

It's all pretty random - all that water in our bodies getting in the way. If it heads the right way over time and your clothes feel better...life is good!
