The most I've lost in any week is 2lbs, so a 2lb loss for me this week was vv pleasing!! after being good last week and gaining, its really nice to see the hard work paying off!
I'm really chuffed with myself. Stuck to the 26pp, had my weeklies and loved not grabbing snacks just to make 29pp. WI tomorrow, whatever the outcome i'm pleased. Done low carb for a few days and gone from not fitting in my size 10's to wearing them today
Ya see i usually do atkins so i am used to being a size smaller because of the 'no bloat' issue, so as atkins rules state, the minute you notice a change go back to basics. It works though
