Why cheat??????

Not bad, I didn't weigh for 12 days on atkins and had a 2.5lb gain. But I think I was going a bit wrong on hidden carbs, so since Monday have been approaching it in a eat 15g veggies, 5g carb of other things, and it seems to have done the trick as I've 5lb lighter in 4 days, woohoo.

I think you asked a question, you didn't make a statement, you didn't put anyone down, everyone is entitled to ask questions and for an 18 year old who has kept up the social life, huge peer pressure and hasn't wobbled a bit I personally in my opinion think you've done and are doing great, I hope some people jumping on you hasn't made you feel bad.

Understanding what can trigger someone else to eat whilst trying to be 100% is a useful tool to managing your own weight loss journey. I think you asked a valid question and hey ho, people need to see that you meant no mallace. Keep up the good workxx
