    I cant understand it i am following ss without cheating yet i have not seen my scale change for a week, i lost in the first 2 weeks 12 lbs but the 3rd week nothing.

    I am drinking 3 litres of water and exercising at least 3 days a week either walking or light cardio.

    The inches don't seem to be coming off either if they are its v small amount.
    Could it be cause i only have a stone till i am my ideal weight??? does it slow down nearer u are to your target?

    I think you have identified one of the reasons yourself - you are very close to goal. Therefore your body fat loss will start to slow down.

    I am not sure that you should be doing much exercise at all, but exercise builds muscles (muscle weighs more than fat) therefore this could be another reason. Try to cut down on exercise - it must also leave you feeling exhausted if you are not eating anyting!!

    You will get there and you are doing brilliantly - very close to the end! Don't get too obsessed with the scales either!! Wait until weigh day!

    I think i need to remove this scale from my bathroom.. seem to be getting on it every morning hoping to see change. U may be right about the muscle bit.. Funny enough i have not been tired at all even when i have exercised thats why i have continued to exercise.

    Anyways i am just going to forget about weighing daily and see how it goes.

    I think everyone finds that the nearer they are to their goal, the slower their weight loss. I've been slowing down for ages now and am really struggling to lose the last 11lbs or so. So frustrating! Perseverance and sticking with it are the answers I think! And patience. It'll be worth it in the end! x
