im sooo pi**ed off at my sister she cant give me a compliment about loosing weight at all
any thing she says to me is all negative and its really doing my head in i know im going to end up loosing the head with her but its also gettin me down
she has put on a good bit of weight herself and has never been bigger than me but if it was the other way around id be delighted for her
i only lost 3lb this week and she told me id be better off in weight watchers (wot a cow)
everyone else is full of encouragement and praize and its not like i want her to be jumpin around for joy for me but even one nice thing would be nice

Just ignore her hun....you would sooo not be better off on weigh watchers...average loss is 1-1/2 lb you lost 3lb (take a look at my profile pic ...that 3 of those) and LT averages 1 stone in a month...sometimes more. Its also great for retraining you brain ...i found that i couldn't have a little food ...i hah one piece of chocolate i would HAVE to eat it all!!! having a TFR has actually (already) make me think about my relationship with food and i plan to stay on a low gi/carb living plan after wards as carbs are my trigger food!!! Also if she has put on weight, she will be jealous of you are you are steadily (but quickly) loosing and she hasn't made that step to do something about her weight!!!
Use her negativaty as determination for you to push on and get slim and be happy!!
She also may not be educated on the diet and ignorance leads to people being negative aswell!!!!
Stick with it...ignore her and be fantastic

I'm reading more and more about family and friends being 'cruel' when it comes to this diet. You stick with it hun. You know its working for you. Like Nic says 3lbs is A LOT and I agree with BSLIM4HOLs that she may be getting worried that you will no longer be the 'bigger' sister. Don't let it get you down.

A touch of jealously, It may also be down to her feeling insecure and as you lose weight you become more confident.
Why not ask her to support you a little instead of being so negative or tell her she can join you and lose her weight.
If all else fails keep your biggest clothes and offer them to her when she is being nasty as they are too big for you !! LOL
You are doing brilliant so keep showing her.
