when I fall of the wagon I fall so hard! I had two very good weeks, no temptation and was really enjoying the food, then I have one day off, it makes me feel rubbish but then it turns into two days, then three!

Im going to get back on tomorrow and shake off this 'il just eat crap' attitude.

I know iv done alot of damage the last few days but I suppose with abit of effort I can get back on track and learn from this blip! rubbish food and braking away from plan does not make you happy!!!

    Dizzy,

I promise that you are not alone ! I'm sure there are many of us here who can sympathise (and have those days). Try to think about what you've achieved so far, look at what some others here have done (who are further along that journey) and then think how long it will take you to regain that ground.

And maybe think about coming on here rather than eating what you want to ?? There are some really inspirational people/stories here. Maybe that will help.

But you will have days like that (because we all do). So if you do, pick yourself up, think about what you can do to try and prevent that next time and go back to it.

Well done for admitting it. And good luck !

    Gail x
