Why would I be retaining water??

    Anyone know why I would be retaining water? It's not TOTM and only had a little bit of chicken for nibbling on :confused: Just wanted to know if anyone else had same problem and if weight loss was slow as a result each week.

    Hi Nessie

    I have just started 790 and I know when you start eating it can cause you to retain water, although I'm not sure why. It might be that the bit of chicken you are having is causing the same thing. It could also just be your body, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Don't worry it will sort itself out.

    Thanks pal, hping for a gd weigh in on Tuesday, not had a great one yet, best was 4lbs in first week so hopes are up :)
