Step2 810kcal Why would I gain on step 2.

Just moved to step 2 where I'm having 3 Cwp meals in day plus chicken and veg for tea. I lost a stone on SS over last month and as BMI has lowered I thought it best to go to step 2 - I would say I've put on 4 lbs but this takes me over my target. Do you suggest I go back onto SS or wait and see what happens over next few days? Please help as I have bought smaller clothes : (
 
Last time I did the diet, I wasn't on ketosis on step 2 :(
You must be sensitive to carb as well :(
But I remember it was quite big a portion of protein, so it will fill you up. Can you stagger the protein through the day maybe?
 
It took me 2 weeks to settle into step two, so hold out, I also haven't been on ketosis on it either. Your gain could be water, so I wouldn't worry too much, give it a couple of weeks for your body to adjust - I had an almost 3lb loss on my 3rd week - I was ready to give up on step two but am glad I stuck with it.
 
If it kicked you out of ketosis your body just needs time adapt and kick back in :)
