WI this evening - what to eat now!

Hello!
I used to WI in the morning, but have changed my times to early evening, before dinner, but now I dint wanna eat anything - any tips would be useful :) I'm starving but scared to eat unless I put some weight on! I'm one of these people that has to only look at a sandwich and I'm 2lbs heavier :(

For goodness sake eat something!!! I weigh in at 5.30pm tonight. I've had bacon & tinned toms with mushrooms for brekkie and homemade salmon fish cakes for lunch followed by a bowl of melon. I always eat like this on weigh in day and its fine.

I always eat light on WI day, which is tonight at 6pm. But I do eat otherwise I tend to feel sluggish and tired. today I made the SW quiche with lots of veggies in, and that will keep me going until I cook tea tonight.

Thankfully my weigh ins are just after midday but I'd just eat normally.
IF you've put anything on this week, it'll already be there - not eating anything won't really change what the scales are going to say...unless of course you have a Nandos haha :)

I'd definitely agree with this. Whatever you do now will become a habit so if you starve yourself you'll have to do it before each WI to get a reliable reading. Not good. So eat!

Remember your weight can fluctuate up to 5lbs throughout the day so even if you do gain tonight it will balance out. I'm about 4lbs lighter in the morning than evening

I had a big breakfast (porridge, berries and banana) and Ive just had a pot shot for my lunch! No Nandios for me hehehe (I wish, I'm a real chips lover)

Am defo going back to mornings when these bank holidays are over :)
