WI week 15

S: 24st4lb C: 19st12lb G: 16st0lb BMI: 37.7 Loss: 4st6lb(18.24%)
OOps I been a naughty boy for 3 weeks but got back on track last week and managed to still come in with another 1 lb down before I went AWOL. I doubt I was missed and I cant say that going off the diet was a good way of doing things but what i will say is I feel this can show others that have fallen off can climb back on glad your all still here and hope your staying strong and doing well.
