    Well yet another WI, lost 2lbs, brings me down to 11.12 with a BMI of 26.7,
    yet another low wi :(,
    i must tell u all why, well why i think there low, i just find it so hard to drink as much as i should, so this week im gonna make sure i drink like i use to , lets see if that helps or chemist is going to put me on refeed :confused: im not ready to refeed just yet maybe in about 4 weeks :)

    I think it's harder to shift the closer we get to target (Gaz had a couple of 2 lbers too) but so long as it's coming off it's still heading in the right direction x

    I can understand why 2lb on an extreme diet can be disappointing but at least its still going n the right direction! You've done amazingly well and don't be told what to do. Beat the water into you and keep on until you're ready to refeed. You're doing brilliantly. Come on 2lbs!! WOOP WOOP!!
